Summary
Eloise is a new contemporary fine dining restaurant in Toronto by the Esplanade Restaurants Ltd. We are currently seeking passionate and skilled cooks to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Requirements
- A strong passion for cooking and a dedication to high-quality ingredients.
- Experience in fine dining or upscale kitchen environments.
- Attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills.
- A drive to continuously learn and grow as a culinary professional.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
