We're looking for cooks with a minimum of 1 year experience in professional / production kitchens who are effective communicators.

Responsibilities include:
- Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Drifter Brew Co.
· Responsible for all kitchen functions including preparation and maintenance of quality standards, preparation, plate presentation, portion, cost control, and sanitation and cleanliness.
- Open or Closing Kitchen
- Following all recipes and preparation items to specifications.
- Prepare and cook foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
- Keeping stations professional, clean and sanitary.
- Follow appropriate food handling practices at all times in the kitchen and throughout the restaurant.
- Responsible for following appropriate cleaning schedules for kitchen floors, mats, walls, hoods, kitchen equipment and food storage areas.
- Dress the part, including all safety and required dress and footwear.
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offer suggestions for improvement.
- Be professional in all interactions with staff and guests.
