Line Cook – Cold Station (Minimum 5 Years’ Experience)
We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team, focusing on our hot station. Any resumes with less than 5 years will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble dishes according to recipes and quality standards, with a focus on cold mezze, salads, and garnishes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain consistent portioning and presentation to uphold Daymi’s quality standards.
- Assist with prep tasks as needed to support overall kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, ideally with Middle Eastern or Mediterranean cuisine.
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail, especially in preparing salads, garnishes, and mezze.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently while taking direction.
- A genuine passion for food and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes consistently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
