Job Duties
- Assist Sous Chef’s with day to day operations of the kitchen
- Participate in the preparation, cooking and servicing of all food items for a la carte and/or banquet menus according to the recipes and standards
- Prepare and cook food as directed, meeting special dietary instructions as required.
- Ensure menu items are executed at the highest quality possible at all times, exceeding guests’ expectations
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain assigned station and overall kitchen through practicing good sanitation.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations put forth by the Leadership Team
- Works well with others, demonstrates good team spirit with an open mind
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ culinary experience (required)
- Safe Food Handling Certification or willingness to obtain (required)
- First Aid Course Completion or willingness to obtain (preferred)
