What You'll Do:
Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Maintain a clean and organized work area following food safety and sanitation standards
Work with the culinary team to ensure smooth, timely service during busy periods
Communicate effectively with FOH staff to coordinate ticket times and guest expectations
Assist in receiving deliveries, labeling, and storing ingredients properly
Support prep and closing duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced kitchen
Solid understanding of kitchen operations and food safety practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail, consistency, and timing
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
Food Safe Level 1 required (or willingness to obtain)
