Light Duty Cleaner Position available in Milton. This is a full time day position with a start time of 6 AM
Work Days: Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm - 8.5 hours per shift minus 30 min breakThis office cleaning position is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift/move heavy objects (up to 25 lb), standing, bending, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.We are seeking serious, long term minded employees to join our growing Cleaning Company.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities of this job. - General dusting, vacuuming, mopping
- Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers
- Emptying garbage and recycling
- Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces
- Spot Cleaning of walls and glass
- Sanitizing touchpoints
- Additional tasks as requested
- Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
- Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
- Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies
- Communicate in English both written and verbally
- Strong attention to detail
- Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Be able to work consistent weekend shifts
- A vehicle to commute to work locations
- Have a criminal record check
- Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial
