Location: Orono, Ontario
Reporting to: Lift Staff Manager
Start Date: Mid October 2025

We are currently seeking outgoing, customer-focused team members to help us turn everyday visits into wonderful winter memories.


As part of a team of Lift Staff Supervisors you will play an important role in day-to-day operations of the resort while creating unforgettable customer experiences, as well as defining the culture of our team by providing positive leadership to our lift operators and attendants.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within a team of Lift Staff Supervisors to provide leadership, direction, oversight and support to Lift Attendants and Lift Operators while on shift ensuring accountability to Brimacombe's policies, procedures and standards
  • Monitor attendance and manage staff schedule/positions/hours while on shift, ensuring designated breaks and responding to changes in sales levels by making appropriate schedule adjustments
  • Accountable for maintaining safe, efficient operation and control over the lifts including ensuring all required logs and documentation are accurately completed.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service ensuring positive guest interactions and experiences
  • Take the lead in ensuring load areas and relevant surrounding areas in and around lifts are maintained to Brimacombe's standards for positive guest experience and delegating upkeep activities appropriately
  • Participate in and deliver support/decisions in the prevention/resolution of staff related conflicts, when required.
  • Confident and professional use of radios for communication with other team members across the property
  • Provide support to the Risk Manager and Lift Staff Manager with staff training and development, as requested
  • Review all directed communications and take the initiative to stay informed of all Brimacombe activities including promotions, special events and marketing campaigns, as well as updates to procedures/policies
  • Ready to take on any challenge or help other team members when needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, leadership and/or supervisor role preferred
  • Lift operations experience preferred
  • Professional, energetic and dependable
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Must be able to reason and react with quick and thoughtful judgement while remaining calm under pressure
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work as a team player
  • Successful completion of an OSSD, or equivalent experience
  • 18+ years of age
