Lift Equipment Inspector

We are currently seeking a Lift Equipment Inspector to join our team in our Surrey, BC office. The Lift Equipment Inspector will be responsible for inspections of cranes and lift equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensuring that complete and thorough inspections are performed on all scheduled equipment

· Recording your findings in accordance with Kova Engineering’s procedures and producing accurate and timely technical reports and invoices

· Maintaining inspection equipment

· Furthering personal knowledge by completing courses and receiving tickets related to the field

· Representing Kova Engineering in a professional and courteous manner, using exemplary communication, and maintaining client satisfaction and personal professionalism

Requirements:

· Preference for candidates with NDE experience, Materials or Welding diploma, CGSB or CWB Qualifications

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Must demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail in all aspects of work

· Fast learner with a desire to grow professionally and personally

· Strong Mechanical aptitude

· Team player with ability to work independently and with minimum direction

· Must be comfortable working at heights

· Applicant must have a valid driver license with a clean drivers abstract, and be legally entitled to work in Canada
