We're currently hiring a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor who can help clients across Newfoundland & Labrador build financial security and peace of mind as they prepare for one of life’s biggest milestones. You'll be supported by a steady flow of high-intent leads, allowing you to focus on what matters most: real conversations and real results.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Understand each client’s financial situation and offer insurance strategies tailored to their goals
- Recommend appropriate life insurance products, including term, whole life, and universal options
- Provide broader financial advice on areas such as income protection, estate planning, and financial preparedness
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients by being reliable, honest, and solution-oriented
- Accurately manage documentation, compliance processes, and insurance applications
- Keep informed on changes in the insurance market, new products, and evolving client needs
- Identify opportunities to support clients further with additional financial solutions
What You Bring to the Role:
- A valid LLQP license and authorization to sell life insurance in Newfoundland & Labrador
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in life insurance, financial services, or advisory roles
- Proven ability to provide consultative, needs-based sales and solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tech tools to manage client relationships and workflow
- A client-first mindset and a commitment to building long-term financial value
