We're now expanding our Alberta operations and looking for a licensed Life Insurance Advisor who’s ready to make a real difference in the lives of everyday Canadians.
Your Role
As a trusted advisor, you’ll help clients protect what matters most while guiding them toward long-term financial wellbeing. You’ll offer more than policies—you’ll offer peace of mind, clarity, and the tools they need to build stable futures.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand each client’s goals, family situation, and financial background to recommend the right life insurance solutions
- Advise on a full range of life insurance options including term, whole life, and universal life
- Educate clients on related financial planning topics such as retirement, investing, and risk protection
- Build long-term relationships through clear, consistent, and empathetic communication
- Guide clients through application and underwriting with confidence and care
- Meet or exceed performance goals while maintaining full compliance with regulations
- Stay informed on product changes, industry trends, and client needs
- Identify additional services that align with each client’s broader financial plan
What You Bring
- Valid LLQP license and legal authorization to work in Alberta
- Minimum 3 years of experience in life insurance or financial advising
- A consultative, personalized approach to client service
- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build trust
- Experience using CRMs and digital client management tools
- A driven, goal-oriented mindset and genuine passion for helping others succeed
