Roar is seeking a professional looking to expand their portfolio in leasing digital media products and maintain relationships in the resto-bar segment.

Role Summary: As the Leasing Agent (Food and Beverage) for Winnipeg, you will spearhead the growth and maintenance of our digital advertising network in key areas of Winnipeg. Your primary responsibilities will include leasing our media products to various venues in person and ensuring seamless operations while upholding unmatched customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience in food and beverage, or an industry related to it where contacts or knowledge can be leveraged.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing:
· Employ strategic research to identify and secure ideal venues, including restaurants, bars, lounges, and nightclubs, aligning with our target audience and advertising objectives.
· Cultivate strong relationships with venue decision-makers to negotiate and secure leasing contracts for our digital advertising products.
· Act as an ambassador for our brand, educating venues on the partnership potential and benefits of integrating our media products into their establishments.
· Continuously introduce new and innovative media products and concepts to both existing and prospective venues, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and attractive.
· Track leasing progress and present measurable results during weekly status meetings.
· Utilize databases to manage inventory, track contract signings, and monitor leasing goals, facilitating efficient workflow and decision-making processes.
Operations:
· Coordinate closely with internal teams, including operations, digital, and content delivery, to meticulously plan and execute product installations at various venues.
· Ensure a smooth transition into the process of onsite installations, allowing for minimal disruption to venue operations and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
· Provide training sessions for venue staff on product usage and maintenance. Conduct regular refresher sessions as needed.
· Uphold the company's commitment to White Glove Service by delivering exemplary relationship management, swift problem-solving, and efficient repair management to ensure ongoing venue satisfaction.
Requirements:
· Proven track record in sales.
· Experience or interactions with the food and beverage industry.
· Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and work independently.
· Technical aptitude in digital products is a plus.
· Willingness to travel to in person meetings and be on the road for up to 80% of the week.
· Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
