We’re looking for a reliable, proactive, and hands-on individual to join our team as a Property Manager / Leasing Coordinator.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing property management and leasing tasks
- Coordinating tenant move-ins, inspections, and general upkeep
- Managing maintenance work and coordinating renovations
- Taking initiative to solve problems independently and efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who’s dependable, solutions-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Basic maintenance and repair skills are required
- Carpentry, plumbing, or electrical experience is a strong asset (but not required)
- A keen eye for property care and tenant satisfaction

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
