About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Vehicle Detailer to join our dealership and lead our detail team. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a team environment, and is ready to lead by example.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead and support the detailing team, ensuring high standards in vehicle appearance
- Oversee vehicle prep for customer delivery
- Detail dealership lot vehicles and trade-ins
- Maintain cleanliness of dealership lot and vehicles
- Fuel vehicles and organize lot placement
- Assist departments as needed (Body Shop, Sales, Service, Quick Lane, Lincoln)
- Perform minor building maintenance and general upkeep
- Help organize workflow and prioritize daily tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in vehicle detailing (senior or lead experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to lead a small team with a hands-on approach
- Valid Ontario G or G2 driver’s license
- Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude
