Lead Line Locator

This is an opportunity for casual work and or full-time, permanent, positions based on the experience of the applicants. However, candidates looking for only seasonal work are encouraged to apply as well, as a mutually agreeable term may be identified.

Accountabilities

• Performance of underground utility scanning as per client specifications company policies, and industry standards.
• Supervision of field assistants.
• Compliance with all company safety policies.
• Supporting the business development in the Fort St John area.

Required Qualifications

• Valid BC or Alberta Drivers License.
• Line locating Certificate.
• OFA level 1.
• PCST.
• Ground Disturbance Certificate.
• Must pass a drug and alcohol screen.
• Positive attitude, highly organized, eagerness to learn, and a team player.
• Basic outdoor skills and general fitness.
• Willingness to work in remote locations in adverse weather conditions.
• Willingness to work 8-12 hours/day (including over-time pay).
• Willingness to work extended shifts and stay out-of-town for work, when required.
