Role Purpose
We’re looking for a seasoned and creative Copywriter to be the voice of our clients across a wide range of digital channels. This role is perfect for a storyteller who understands how to blend brand narrative with performance-driven results. You will be responsible for crafting compelling copy that resonates with both B2B and B2C audiences, primarily within the health and wellness sector. You’re not just a writer—you’re a strategic thinker who can translate client goals and audience insights into powerful, action-oriented content.
What You’ll Do
Conceptual & Creative Copywriting
- Develop, write, and edit high-impact copy for a variety of channels, including social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn), paid media (Google Search, Display), email campaigns, landing pages, and websites.
- Master and adapt the brand voice and tone for multiple clients in both B2B and B2C contexts.
- Transform complex topics, particularly in the health and wellness space, into clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
Strategy & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing Strategists, media buyers, and designers to ensure copy is aligned with campaign strategy, visuals, and performance KPIs.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming and concept development for new campaigns and content initiatives.
- Use data and performance insights to understand audience behavior and optimize copy for better engagement, CTR, and CVR.
Content & Brand Stewardship
- Act as a guardian for brand voice, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
- Mentor junior team members and review their work, helping to elevate the team's overall writing quality.
- Stay current with industry trends and platform best practices to propose innovative copy approaches.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably at a digital agency or in-house marketing team.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your work across various formats, including social media, digital ads, and long-form content for both B2B and B2C clients.
- Demonstrated experience writing for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Search Ads, and Display Ads.
- A genuine interest or background in health, wellness, or pharmaceutical brands is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate the rationale behind your creative choices.
- A strategic mindset with an understanding of how copy impacts key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CVR, CPA).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
