Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the roofing industry (Required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Leadership qualities and a willingness to mentor junior staff.
- Must be able to work in-person at various job sites on Vancouver Island, BC.

Responsibilities
- Oversee roofing projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Lead a team of roofers in the installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems.
- Conduct inspections to assess roof conditions and determine necessary repairs.
- Train and mentor junior roofers, promoting skill development and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.
