Whole Earth Services Ltd. is hiring a Lawn Care Technician for a full-year position, including lawn maintenance in the warmer months and snow removal during the winter. If you’re skilled, dependable, and ready to grow with a solid team, we want to hear from you.
Position Details:
- Pay: $26–$30 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
- Employment Type: Full-time, year-round
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional weekends during peak season or snow events)

Key Responsibilities:
Spring–Fall:
- Operate commercial zero-turn mowers and lawn care equipment
- Perform property maintenance including trimming, blowing, edging, and cleanup
- Drive and back trailers safely to and from job sites
Winter:
- Snow removal using plows, blowers, and shovels
- De-icing and salting walkways and driveways
- Respond to snow events as needed (including early mornings, nights, and weekends)
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience with zero-turn mowers
✅ Skilled and confident in pulling and backing up trailers
✅ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
✅ Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
✅ Strong work ethic and reliability
