We are seeking a talented and passionate Lash Technician or Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will play a crucial part in enhancing our clients' beauty and confidence through your expertise in eyelash applications.
Duties
- Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring client satisfaction with every service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs throughout their visit.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable eyelash styles.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty services to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to promote additional services and products effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to engage with clients professionally.
- Proficiency in applying eyelash extensions with attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Knowledge of front desk operations is a plus, including appointment scheduling and payment processing.

Pay: $29,366.51-$35,756.27 per year
