Nature's View Landscapes is looking for an experienced Lawn Care Professional to join our team! We have recently expanded our landscaping & maintenance business and are looking to hire the right individual to help develop and manage our new territory.
The right candidate will;
-Always maintain a friendly, professional attitude towards clients, and tenants of the properties we care for.
-Be responsible/punctual/motivated to get the job done with the ability to lead staff while doing so.
-Be flexible with schedule. This position is Monday- Friday however, if there is rain, we may need to take a rain day during the week and make up for it on a Saturday/Sunday.
-Must have an eye for detail and take pride in your work. Have the ability to provide constructive criticism and lead crews by example.
-Have a clean drivers abstract, class 5 or above.
Some of your tasks include but aren't limited to;
-Quality control on all sites.
-Documenting timesheets, ensuring daily logs are properly submitted, managing fuel, oil and wearable parts stock
-Provide status updates to head office monthly, weekly and sometimes daily dependent on the task at hand
-You will be required to operate lawn mowers, riding mowers, weed whackers and other lawn care/maintenance/snow equipment
-Must be able to load/unload equipment
-Perform general maintenance on equipment
-Perform pre & post trip inspections
-Must be able to back up and maneuver a trailer
-Know how to sharpen mower blades or be eager to learn
-Must be able to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality
*Chem applicators license an asset*
