We are seeking a Labourer to support our construction site in Martensville by supporting trades, preparing work areas, and moving materials. Martensville is a quick drive from Saskatoon.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Transport materials across the job site and ensure they’re where they need to be
• Keep the site safe and clean by removing debris and maintaining clear walkways
• Set up and take down structures like fences, ramps, and barricades
• Prep areas for subcontractors so they can hit the ground running
• Work directly with trades to assist with specialized tasks and keep things on schedule

We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience as a construction labourer
• A strong work ethic and team-first attitude
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active on the job
• Safe and confident use of construction power tools
• Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
• Dependable and punctual, with a proven history of consistent attendance and reliability
• A desire to grow in the construction industry with a company making big moves
