We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the efficient operation of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that work is completed on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision while adhering to safety protocols.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts in completing projects efficiently.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by cleaning and performing minor repairs as necessary.
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance during construction or maintenance tasks.
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and tools is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow directions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.

Pay: $17.75-$20.00 per hour
