- Health & Safety Compliance: Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations within a professional kitchen.
- Exceptional Organization: Strong organizational skills to ensure seamless kitchen operations, even during busy periods.
- Conflict Resolution: A proactive and effective approach to resolving challenges in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
- Team Player: A collaborative attitude and the ability to contribute positively to a dynamic team environment.
- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Culinary Education (Preferred): Certification from a recognized culinary school or a degree in Restaurant Management.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish is a must.
