Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, an ideal candidate will be hands on during service, replicating the authentic dishes we've been known for and hold up the standards of quality and consistency in the food and customer service. Cleanliness, organization, independence and personal responsibility are essential.
Ordering food and essential items, hiring and training new kitchen staff are also your responsibilities.
