*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated chef in command to join our team with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and be enthusiastic about working in new environment & willing to create a new dishes time to time.
*Duties*
- Prepare ingredients for menu items following standardized recipes
- Cook and plate dishes according to established guidelines
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with stocking and managing inventory
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient operations
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
