Overview:
The Junior Product Associate is responsible for all aspects relating to their assigned product(s), including but not limited to: procurement of products, inventory management, price management, margin management, planning and execution of promotions and creation of marketing plans with key vendors. You will be the expert for your assigned product and will be responsible for the entire product life cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily reviews on product sales, inventory level, overseas order status, identify slow or discontinued items, and other data analysis related to product management as needed.
- Fulfil the customer orders and maintain adequate inventory level by balancing the store inventories, removing aging products and reordering as necessary.
- Maintain all product contents of the assigned categories.
- Conduct pricing analysis to ensure the products in the assigned category are always priced competitively.
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain incentives and promotional packages.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing teams to make promotion activities.
- Periodically scan the market and provide new product proposals to grow the assigned categories.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience/Knowledge Required:
- University graduated with engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong interest & knowledge in consumer electronics and computers.
- Computer literate, including practical working skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, data analytical tools.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,400.00-$96,333.04 per year
