**The Position:**
We are seeking a Hybrid Junior Outside Sales/Technical Inside Sales and Support professional. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries via phone, email, and occasional walk-ins promptly and professionally. Ensuring accurate quoting of pricing, product deliveries, and inventories is essential. Collaborating with the Outside Sales team, Sales Management, and various customer service teams is key. As part of the sales team, you will contribute to necessary reporting using CRM systems. Cultivating strong client relationships and becoming a reliable resource for their business needs is imperative.
**Requirements:**
- Post-Secondary education or a Mechanical background with knowledge of Plumbing and Hydronic Heating is advantageous.
- Previous sales or inside sales experience is beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, active listening ability.
- Independent thinking, exceptional time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and manufacturing partners.
- Problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and quotation platforms.
- Customer service-driven.
