Purpose/objective of the internship:
This is an exciting 4 – month opportunity, starting in September 2025, to learn from a very experienced and multilingual Enterprise Applications Team. Join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in different business processes across Accounting, Supply Chain, Asset Management and HR.
As an Oracle Applications Intern, you will maintain and support the Oracle Application Ecosystem (ERP system) with the user’s onboarding and overall support process. Specifically, you will:

Support the Onboarding & Modification of user access.
- Create and manage user accounts, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately entered into the system.

Provide Level 1 Support.
- Support users in the resolution of priority 1 application problems.
- Provide initial troubleshooting and escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain documentation of common issues and solutions to improve support efficiency.

Support team projects.
- Assist Senior Oracle Specialist with ongoing enterprise application projects.
Qualifications:
- 3-year student of a bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or any other relevant field.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Strong analytical skills and sound professional judgment.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and training skills are a must.
- Experience in business system implementation, i.e. ERP, Oracle, SAP etc. is an asset.
- Excellent communication, work management, collaboration and results orientation skills.
What You’ll Gain:
- Hands-on experience supporting Oracle EBS, interaction with business users across different functions and visibility into IAMGOLDS ERP, HCM and S2C transformation starting in Q4 which would include the implementation of revamped business processes and a new cloud-based platform.
