The internal sales representative acts as a resource person for promoting our products to customers, assessing their needs and submitting proposals that will result as often as possible in a sale.

What you will accomplish with us:
- Assessing customer needs and resources and recommending appropriate goods and services
- Providing data for product design when goods and services must be tailored to the customer’s needs
- Preparing specifications based on project plans/specifications and the full proposal
- Preparing technical drawings and data sheets for client approval
- Answering calls from clients and external representatives
- Ensuring that finished projects are complete and accurate
- Managing projects and working with mechanical contractors and engineers
- Informing customers about standards
- Following up with customers verbally or in writing to ensure their satisfaction
- Determining the best method to use to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction and company compliance with policies
- Answering customer requests, questions and complaints related to products and services
What You Bring to Our Team:
- Completed secondary school diploma
- Training related to the sales field or in an HVAC-R field
- Sales training
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Answering the phone professionally and providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and work quickly
- Organizational and time management skills
- Initiative and resourcefulness
- Sales skills
Compensation Information:
Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually
Supplemental Pay Types Include: Annual bonus
The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
