Summary
Training Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a full-time Intake Officer / Online Course Facilitator. This position plays a critical role in supporting our clients' journey into government-funded training programs and requires someone who can work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client intake interviews to assess program eligibility and compatibility
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with program requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and various government agencies
- Manage multiple administrative tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
- Support program staff with data entry, file management, and general administrative duties
- Understand various online courses and troubleshoot if needed
- Be cross-trained and assist in various areas
Qualifications:
- Strong computer and administrative skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Exceptional communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with government programs or in a client service role is an asset
- Clean Criminal Record Check is mandatory
