New Flow Medical is looking to hire a motivated Intake Coordinator & Administrative Assistant to join our team for a part time position: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
The right candidate will possess great multi-tasking skills with AT LEAST one year experience in a MVA Rehabilitation Clinic.
Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Booking & performing intakes with MVA, EHC & Private Clients
- Scheduling patients for a variety of appointments
- Collecting MVA data
- Working with Lawyers and Insurance Companies
- Tracking and updating MVA cases
- Other responsibilities include: assisting the Clinic Director & Clinic Manager
Knowledge of 'Universal Scheduling' Software System is an asset.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
