Your Role: Insurance Broker
As an Insurance Broker at BIG, you'll be at the forefront of client relationships, delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating an outstanding sales experience from the very first interaction.
- Managing leads and providing timely quotes to prospective clients.
- Navigating our extensive market options to secure the best coverage at competitive prices.
- Building and maintaining a quality book of business with strong retention ratios.
- Identifying clients’ evolving insurance needs and recommending personalized coverage options.

Qualifications:
- Licensed to sell insurance in your province or ability to obtain RIBO license.
- 2+ years of sales experience

Pay: $36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, with the ability to shape your own income
Pay Structure: Salary plus commission
Benefits: Flexible schedule, on-site parking, work from home options
