Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative / Booking Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers — handling inbound calls, conducting virtual and in-home surveys, preparing quotes, and booking moves. Your goal is to convert inquiries into confirmed jobs while ensuring customers receive a professional, stress-free experience.
This is a base salary + commission role, offering stability plus strong earning potential for top performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and online leads from potential customers.
- Conduct virtual and in-home surveys to assess moving needs.
- Prepare and present competitive, accurate quotes for both local and long-distance moves.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by following up and closing sales.
- Coordinate scheduling with dispatch and operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Support daily operations with accurate documentation of all bookings and job details.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience required; moving industry experience is an asset but not necessary.
- Strong communication skills with a confident, professional, and friendly approach.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and driven to hit and exceed sales targets.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple leads and bookings.
- Comfortable with phone, email, and basic office software.
