Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual)

In this key role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and helping them find the right traffic safety solutions. If you're an energetic communicator with a solid understanding of both English and French, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing product information, pricing, and availability.
- Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, generate quotes, and process orders efficiently.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our wide range of traffic safety products, from road signs to Electronic Safety Devices and everything in between.
- Order Management: Accurately enter orders, track shipments, and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse and other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
What We're Looking For:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and French, both spoken and written, is a must.
- Experience: Proven experience in an inside sales, customer service, or a related role. Prefers construction, municipalities, or construction rentals.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems quickly.
- Work Ethic:
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset.
