Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to drive product adoption and revenue growth. This includes managing and growing a book of existing high value clients and actively prospecting and developing new customers.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining engagement with clients, understanding their needs, fulfilling orders and providing tailored hardware solutions that enhance their operations.
This position provides great growth opportunities from regional sales management and international external sales.
You bring a strong background in technical product sales and communication with an in depth understanding of computing hardware. Knowledge or experience working in the energy/oil and gas/mining HazLoc industries is a huge asset. You also deliver the organizational skills to leverage CRM and ERP platforms such as Hubspot (CRM), Email Marketing/Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Odoo (ERP), etc.
Duties
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside-Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to drive product adoption and revenue growth. You will act as the in-house quarterback supporting and enhancing our larger sales teams. This includes interacting with customers, processing incoming orders, preparing quotations, and following up on all client requests to ensure the highest levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
This position provides great growth opportunities in an exciting technical field working on the cutting edge of with room to move into larger outside and international roles.
You bring a strong background in technical product sales and communication with an in depth understanding of computing hardware. Knowledge or experience working in the energy/oil and gas/mining HazLoc industries is a huge asset. You also deliver the organizational skills to leverage CRM and ERP platforms such as Hubspot (CRM), Email Marketing/Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Odoo (ERP), etc.
Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and maximizing account growth.
- Manage incoming customer leads, quotations and customer requests by handling directly or assigning to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product capabilities and translate technical specifications into customer-friendly language.
- Manage pre-and post-sales activities, including preparing proposals, generating quotations, responding to RFPs/RFQs, and conducting needs assessments
- Interface with our external and internal marketing teams to support internal marketing activities, social media posting and client communications
- Act as lead to ensure team compliance on CRM database entries, customer records and administration
- Support logistics and execution for international tradeshows, customer meetings and field deployments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape experience
- Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role within the industrial technology sector, automation or resource industries.
- Strong electrical computer component understanding.

Additional pay:
· Commission based on target achievement

Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
