Location: On-Site – Richmond Hill, ON, M-Thurs 9am-6pm, Fri 9-5pm
Job Overview:
Our client is looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Richmond Hill, ON. This on-site role involves working at an OEM, selling network and security hardware directly to current clientele (distributors). The primary focus is on cross-selling, upselling existing clients, sales support as well as administrative duties around pricing/quoting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to uncover additional sales opportunities.
- Focus on cross-selling and upselling within the current client base to maximize revenue.
- Engage with warm leads to identify new prospects and expand market reach.
- Provide product recommendations, pricing, and quotations for network and security hardware solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on OEM products, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively position solutions.
- Previous sales experience working with warm leads, or existing accounts selling to distribution partners
- Able to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong capabilities in upselling, cross selling OEM products and services
- Previous experience with network devices, end point/access point, wifi or wireless products/solutions
