We are currently looking for a unique individual to fill our "Information Technology (IT) Project Manager" position at our IT Consulting Company, Bidrakka Ventures Inc.
We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team! The ideal candidate must be able to communicate in English with excellent oral communication skills and have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree. We are also looking for a candidate who has minimum of Three (3) years to less than Five (5) years’ experience in a related position.
The candidate will have many different tasks and responsibilities, including, Preparing cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support implementation, Conferring with clients to identify requirements and document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meet business requirements. You will also design, develop and implement information systems and business solutions and provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery. The candidate will Assess physical and technical security risks to data software and hardware, Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and also develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle. You will be tasked to resolve conflict situations, work with JavaScript Object Notion (JSON) and operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality. The candidate will consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication system test and research, design and develop information and communication system network architecture.

As a Information Technology (IT) Project Manager you will have to work at the physical location, as there is no option to work remotely for this position. Areas of work experience includes project implementation and Information Technology (IT) service delivery. Ares of specialization also includes scrum, development, business process management Cybersecurity and external audit. You should also have specialization in business methods analysis and E-commerce.
We are looking for a candidate who is accurate and extremely client focused and accurate. The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication and efficient interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be an organized, and proactive team player who is innovative, analytical and has flexibility. The ideal candidate will be someone who takes initiative and has good judgement.
Work conditions and physical capabilities include working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will have to work under pressure and pay close attention to detail, you must be able to also work independently. There will be a lot of sitting within this position.
