We are seeking a dynamic and organized Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support our campaign. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for influencer marketing, content development, social media marketing and management, and multicultural content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate influencer outreach, onboarding, and communication
- Assist in campaign planning, execution, and reporting
- Manage content calendars and track deliverables and timelines
- Monitor influencer content for quality and alignment with brand guidelines
- Ensure Campaign KPIs are met
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign deliver
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital campaigns
- Based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Urdu/Hindi (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube influencer ecosystems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of influencer marketing tools (e.g., Aspire, Upfluence, CreatorIQ)
- Well-versed in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $2,500.00-$2,600.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 – 22 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- influencer marketing: 3 years (preferred)
- Social media management: 2 years (preferred)
