Reporting into the AMO Site Leadership, the Industrialization - Project Manager, AMO will be responsible for developing and executing facility and operations development project plans aligned with company strategies related to Aircraft Maintenance, repair, overhaul and delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Development, coordination and execution of transformative projects linked to improved operational efficiencies and Customer Experiences
• Management of trades and key stakeholders for the development of site layouts, services and construction projects.
• Development of AMO work cell design and plant layout
• Coordination of projects aligned to company MRO capabilities and strategies (Make vs Buy) including business cases
• Project governance and oversight

Education & Experience

• Technical post secondary degree
• 5+ years of Aerospace work experience in an Engineering/Methods/Manufacturing Environment
• In depth technical knowledge of Aerospace Manufacturing Systems, Aerospace Engineering Systems and the aircraft
• Experience managing construction projects and trades.
• Experience in leading project teams and possess strong project management skills
• Experience in the identification and implementation of New Manufacturing Technologies
• Knowledge and experience with Lean concepts with a spirit for continuous improvement

Skills

• Ability to read and interpret aircraft engineering drawings
• Ability to communicate well orally and in writing
• Ability to manage and act on multiple projects and priorities at one time.
