Duties
- Analyze client situations and provide tailored immigration solutions based on individual needs.
- Guide clients through the application process for visas, residency, and citizenship.
- Write comprehensive reports and documentation to support client applications.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and case progress using databases.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, for communication and scheduling.
- Bilingual capabilities are preferred to assist a diverse clientele effectively.
- Lead workshops or informational sessions to educate clients about immigration processes.
- Collaborate with legal professionals as necessary to ensure accurate representation of clients' cases.
Requirements
- Proven experience in immigration consulting or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail in documentation and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, GSuite Workspace, for effective communication and scheduling.
- Familiarity with database management for tracking client information and case progress.
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to cater to a diverse client base.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $34,400.00-$76,466.27 per year
