Brandt Corporate Services Limited is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for its Regina, SK, location. This position is responsible for overseeing all Human Resources Advisory Services operations and processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain positive working relationships with employees and management team
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering policies, procedures, laws, and regulations’ strive to resolve work-related issues
- Advice and assist departmental managers on the interpretation and administration of policies, programs, and best practices, as well as organizational matters including but discipline, harassment and discrimination issues, and assisting in the investigation and reporting of these matters
- Adhere to legislation as it relates to labour standards, human rights, health and safety
- Remain current with HR best practices, legislative changes, and industry standards
- Provide compensation and performance management services
- Development recruitment planning strategies to assist recruiters and managers with the recruitment and selection processes
- Manage the exit interview process, including conducting interviews, tracking, and communicating results
- Other duties as assigned

Required Experience
- The requirements for this position would typically be acquired through a degree in human resources and previous direct experience in human resource management, preferably in a multi-provincial environment, plus achievement of a Certified HR Professional (CPHR) designation.
- Travel may be required.
