We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join our team.
SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Housekeeping Attendant is a key member of the maintenance team and is responsible for ensuring cleanliness while maintaining a high level of customer service within our rental communities. This position offers a fix schedule, employee benefits and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- General dusting, vacuuming, mopping
- Emptying garbage and recycling
- Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces
- Spot Cleaning of walls and glass
- Sanitizing touchpoints
- Establish positive rapport with tenants when possible
- Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
- Communicate in English both written and verbally
- Strong attention to detail
- Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Strong ethical values
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office 365
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience with Yardi Voyager is considered an asset
