What you will be doing:

  • Clean all assigned guestrooms to standard
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
  • Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service
  • Other duties as assigned
Expected start date: Immediate Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Salary: $17.20 per hour with performance increase after 6 months Additional pay:

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming guest rooms, bath rooms, lobby, and hallways
  • Basic Maintenance of equipment and items on property
  • Removing rubbish and recycling daily
  • Notifying Management of need for repairs
  • Responding to guest queries and requests
  • Maintaining and cleaning pool, hot tub and surrounding area
  • Snow & leaf removal, as well as other landscaping responsibilities
  • Set up and tear down meetings and events, cleaning and returning equipment to its proper location.
  • Assisting with cleaning and maintenance of all conference areas
  • Uphold the highest level of customer service
  • Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards guests and staff.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Follow Health and Safety practices at all times.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Able to stand, squat, kneel, walk etc., for extended periods of time
  • Tolerance for chemical cleaning products
  • Able to lift, push, carry and pull 50-100 Lbs

Able to life above objects up stairs at least 50 pounds
