Hotel Assistant Manager
Travelodge Parksville is located near Parksville Beach, offering fantastic local attractions at an affordable rate. With comfortable and convenient amenities, our hotel is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. We are currently seeking a full-time Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team.
Main Duties of the Job
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Prepare marketing plans
- Implement marketing activities
- Enforce policies and procedures
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Develop and implement business plans
- Establish work schedules
Qualifications
· Post-secondary diploma
· At least 3-year experience within the accommodation industry

Compensation
· Full time: $35 per hour, 30-40 hours per week
