We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. This position requires strong communication skills, a commitment to guest services, and an eagerness to assist the front-of-house team.
Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests have finished dining.
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including floors, tables, and service stations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service.
- Support the overall guest experience by providing exceptional hospitality.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or large parties.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette for any necessary guest interactions.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
