Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher/Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area and kitchen. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and teamwork, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
This position is for the rest of AUGUST only.
Our kitchen is downstairs, lots of stair work is required
Hours WED - SAT 11am until approx 3pm
Duties
- Wash, sanitize, and store all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Plating desserts, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations during busy service times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Support the restaurant team in various tasks to enhance guest services and overall dining experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are crucial for success in this role.
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 weeks
Pay: $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week
