Job Overview
Seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide night time care to a senior in their home. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, providing personal hygiene, and a strong understanding of the unique needs of clients, including those with physical disabilities. This role requires a commitment to ensure the senior is transferred safely for toileting and soothing the senior when in pain. Knowlege of administering medication safely
Duties
- Assist clients with toileting safely and doing peri care and familiar with incontinence.
- Provide patient observation and monitoring to ensure safety and well-being.
- Administer medications as per care plans and assist with vital sign checks.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental health.
- Administer medication.
- Implement care plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring patient is not in pain during night.
- Collaborate with family members to provide comprehensive care.
- Document client progress and report any changes in condition or behavior.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with first aid, CPR, and basic nursing skills is advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting clients with mobility challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are required for effective caregiving.
- Must be able to work independently while also being part of a supportive family team environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of those they serve.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
