EARN A GREAT LIVING & BE HOME EVERY NIGHT!

Adrenaline Diesel is a leader in heavy / commercial diesel powertrain and performance. With a network of operations spanning North America and beyond, Adrenaline Diesel has secured the reputation of being the guys to go to when the others can’t do it. We understand that our team is our most valuable asset and we strive to employ, and to train, the best in the business. Our work hard, play hard culture might be a little old school, but we are a very progressive and innovative environment that works in both the highway tractor and off-road sectors.

Our HET's are the heart and soul of our organization. Our technicians are supported directly by our Foreman, Technical Support Manager, and our owner. They also receive lots of indirect support from the accounting, administration, and operations teams. We understand that your success = our success.

We are seeking organized, knowledgeable, and customer service focused individuals to join our service team. Our Techs are responsible for diagnosis, trouble-shooting, repairs, maintenance, and upkeep while achieving deadlines and exceeding customer expectations. We do not sacrifice quality. Performance Perfected is more than our motto. Performance Perfected is the goal for each wheel seal, engine conversion, and custom project. Only the best and brightest will flourish in our shop. We diagnose the toughest problems in the industry and manage projects that dealerships and other shops have been unsuccessful in correcting. This position will provide daily challenges, a sense of accomplishment, and will train you to be the best in the industry. You must have initiative and perseverance in this role.

The successful mechanic(s) will have demonstrated success in previous roles. This tech will be an experienced and knowledgeable Heavy Equipment Technician with valid certification or will be a standout apprentice in at least their 2nd year of the program. You MUST have highway tractor experience for this position. You understand the importance of time management, cleanliness, attention to detail, and attendance. Communication, both verbal and written, as well as strong computer literacy skills are essential in this role as our shop operates almost paperless. You will have the ability to troubleshoot tricky and technical issues, to source information and potential solutions, as well as to learn from honest feedback. There are NO part changers here.

Adrenaline Diesel cannot accept international applicants at this time.

This is an hourly paid position with overtime opportunities. Benefits, RRSP matching, a Wellness Account and being home every night, are just a few of the benefits of our Tech compensation package.

Qualified applicants are invited to submit their resume via Indeed, or directly to ops@adrenalinediesel.ca. Applications will only be accepted until August 25th, 2025. Applications will NOT be accepted in person. Based on the number of applicants that we typically receive for our roles, we may only contact those selected to move forward. We appreciate your interest in our company.
