BMD Landscapes Ltd. is looking for a Head Gardener to lead our garden crews, work closely with clients, and ensure top-quality results. What You’ll Be Doing:
● Leading and training garden crews to deliver high-quality work
● Managing your schedule and your team’s workflow efficiently
● Meeting with clients to assess garden needs and provide recommendations
● Providing rough estimates for small projects (labour and materials)
● Ensuring plant and weed identification is second nature
● Driving a truck and trailer to job sites
● Handling customer service and sales interactions professionally
● Working outdoors in all weather conditions
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in garden maintenance and landscaping
✔ A strong leader with hands-on experience running garden crews
✔ Physically strong and capable of handling the demands of outdoor work
✔ A self-starter who takes initiative and problem-solves on the go
✔ A reliable team player with a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle
✔ Excellent customer service and sales skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
