Position: Head Chef
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and driven Head Chef to lead our back-of-house operations. This is a leadership role focused on kitchen excellence, team collaboration, and maintaining our high culinary standards.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly
- Ensure consistent execution of recipes and food quality standards
- Uphold all food safety and hygiene protocols across the kitchen
- Track stock levels and manage supplier orders to avoid shortages
- Train and mentor new hires on kitchen procedures and techniques
- Work closely with FOH team members to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Keep the kitchen organized, sanitized, and ready for service at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a comparable leadership role
- In-depth understanding of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership skills and a positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a high-volume environment
- A genuine love for food and a desire to serve exceptional meals
- Solid communication skills to coordinate with staff across all departments
