Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry etc.
- Conduct routine inspections of apartments to identify issues that require attention.
- Respond promptly to service requests from tenants or management.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
